I am a Sustainability Consultant at Kane Consulting Inc, with over eight years of Civil engineering experience and a master\'s degree in building science from BCIT. My mission is to help clients design, construct, and operate buildings that are energy-efficient, healthy, and resilient while minimizing their environmental impact and maximizing their social and economic value. My core competencies include applying building science concepts and tools, such as moisture management, thermal bridging, cladding systems, fenestration, energy-saving techniques, retrofit strategies, passive house principles, building air leakage, ventilation, and LEED credits.
