Collaborating closely with the Real Estate Development Director and the dynamic team at UHW, I oversee affordable housing projects from inception to completion. My responsibilities include securing funding, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, all while fostering relationships with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational values. With a strong focus on community engagement, I play a key role in nurturing partnerships with neighbors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to drive positive social change in Minneapolis and St. Paul neighborhoods.In executing my role, I lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints while upholding quality standards. By leveraging my expertise in financial documentation and management, I develop housing development proformas, manage financing structures, and coordinate with various funding programs to secure resources for our projects. Additionally, my commitment to the UHW mission is evident in my participation in home building shifts with volunteers, reinforcing our collective resolve to create equitable housing opportunities.
