Following are a few of the demonstrated achievements, I have achieved in my career: Established two companies successfully to deliver state of the professional services in construction industry and real estate sector. Managed $400 Million annual budget for operations, reduced product unit cost $3 per barrel of oil at production facility which reflects $365million annual saving. Developed high level operations key performance indicators for three directorates of Qatar Petroleum. Planned and executed the construction of hundreds of residential, commercial and industrial facilities. Planned and executed energy saving projects, reduced breakdowns and improved reliability and asset integrity. Successfully planned and implemented reorganization of departments, manpower requirements, asset demarcation. Successfully planned and managed hundreds of turnarounds, plant changes, installation, erection, commissioning and troubleshooting Secured critical ISO certifications while working as Management Representative, controlled technical documents, written hundreds of procedures, managed technical and internal audits and coaching of workforce strength of 1400 direct employees and contractors’ employees. Designed multiple water treatment plants, recommended chemicals treatments for potable, utilities and waste water treatment.
