Tanuj Agarwalla, along with co-founders Mudit and Kudale, spent their days delivering items themselves, often returning home late, but fueled by excitement for the potential this venture held.
During the lockdown, the business took a more defined shape. As deliveries slowed, the team had time to reflect on Rentkar's purpose. One thing stood out from their early interactions with households—almost every home had 2-4 unused products just sitting idle. This realization sparked a bigger vision: Rentkar could become a platform that encourages people to share and rent rather than buy.
