About Ayush Ganju
Hi! I am a finance & business analytics major and data science minor at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I have always been intrigued by the fields of finance and business analytics and the ability to use an analytical mindset to make an impact on the world. I have always wanted to pursue these fields as I made sure to get involved in organizations and projects that implement ideas and creativity to come up with successful business solutions. One of my most important experiences was as a member of Business Professionals of America throughout my high school career. I was faced with a prompt to market a plant in an urban area, and find the logistics behind how and why it would be efficient during the Covid-19 Pandemic; my successful efforts to market the creation of a new packaging order that would get rid of the Covid-19 spread during its early stages led me to make it to the state competition. My ability to show compassion to everyone such as being faced with helping a fellow team member or one in need when I feel is right, and my ability to adapt through changing environments such as being faced with a problem at hand allows me to stay focused in continuing to thrive towards these goals. Throughout my life I have always had great affinity and a passion for sports. I have not only played sports my whole life but have constantly watched it to truly understand what it beholds beyond athletics. I have also been passionate about flipping items and utilizing the stock market. Utilizing my passions leads me towards a path where I can use both my business mindset and a great desire to thrive. Being able to think of and implement creative ways, and use of research to generate returns and enjoyment truly fuels my ambition.
