Responsible for Collection and Recovery for Unsecured products and across buckets for PL/PAPL/SPL. Branch profitability with maximum revenue earning and minimum provisioning and actual losses. Cost management and manpower controlling with given mode of operandi. Office maintenance and audit controls. Monitor and control Delinquency and Credit losses in assigned territory. Provide continuous support to the Credit team & BMs on quality of approvals. Ensure proper documentation of collection related activities. Timely assignment of collection cases to agencies. Ensure service oriented effectiveTele-calling to restrict the net flows to higher buckets. Ensure updating of database for account holder’s change of address. Ensure legal recourse and follow up on delinquent accounts where applicable. Assist fraud control unit in investigation. Continuously review portfolio and report potential delinquent accounts. Negotiate with serious delinquent customers and obtain repayments to minimize loss. Liaison with legal/ law enforcing authorities for speedy recovery process. Ensure compliance to group code of conduct. Managing branch performance in terms of 1+, 30 +,90+,180+,NPA and Loss accounts delinquency control. Maintain Turn around time on customer service issues.
