Hello, I am Ayushi Kenia, a postgraduate in Clincal Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Central Campus, Bangalore, India. My interest in Psychology developed when I was 13, and ever since then, I have been exploring what this field has to offer through academics, conferences and discussions, interacting with seniors and peers in this field, and through my own readings. My professional interests include working with adolescents and young adults; developing my skillset in CBT, REBT and Trauma-Informed and Focused Care; and focus on constructs such as Anxiety, Stress Management, and Career Development. Aside from this, I am a trained Bharatanatyam dancer with a Senior Diploma and 10+ years of training, a writer who enjoys writing both- academic and non-academic articles, and an artist with a flair for creating abstract collages.
