Numbers tell stories - and I’m building my career around understanding what they’re really saying.I’m an Analyst at Corpacumen, working across business and equity valuation in regulatory, financial reporting, and transaction contexts, including 409A and Rule 11UA assignments. Across 90+ engagements, I’ve applied DCF, Comparable Company and Transaction Multiples, Adjusted NAV, Black-Scholes, OPM, and waterfall models-navigating complex capital structures, ESOP impact, and dilution dynamics.But valuation, to me, goes beyond methodology. It’s about judgment. It’s about understanding the strategy behind projections, the risk behind assumptions, and the capital decisions shaping outcomes.Beyond building models, I actively engage with founders, management teams, investors, and auditors - aligning assumptions with commercial realities and ensuring valuations are technically robust and defensible.I’m driven by a strong learning mindset and continuous improvement - always open to new perspectives and challenging assignments that deepen judgment and expand capability.
