For past 9+ years, I have been working in everything \'digital marketing\'. While I started out in conversion rate optimization, I expanded my scope with hands-on roles into marketing research, strategy, positioning, paid ads. But now I focus on building holistic marketing engines and systems that make all components work together to help organizations move forward. I have worked in the US, Australia, UK and India markets, across B2B and B2C projects and companies but I love working on B2B. Usually perceived \"boring\", B2B is my testing ground to challenge the convention with creativity. Exposed to working with leaderships early into career, I have significant experience in working directly with founding teams, including establishing new practices with them. With AI making its way into all areas of marketing, I currently work with AI to build systems that remove friction \"at\" work. I like friction \"in\" work though, that\'s what drives growth. In general, I am a huge fan of systems, processes, clarity, and like to bring those 3 friends with me wherever I go. As a person, I bring integrity to my work and expect the same from people I work with. I am a multipotentialite and a hard core introvert.
