Ayushi has diversified investment experience, spanning over a decade, in the fields of M&A, Public and Private Equity. Joining RocSearch in 2016 as a senior analyst, she has been responsible for independently supporting on investment research and equity research requirements for US and Europe based clients. Presently in the role of a Specialist, Ayushi is responsible for coordinating project implementation, defining scopes, conducting research and analysis, and delivering findings to clients to facilitate well-informed decision-making. Prior to RocSearch, she worked with the Transaction Advisory Services team at Deloitte. She holds a PGDM (specialising in Finance) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, India.Ayushi has good problem-solving skills and has established the ability to manage and execute complex assignments while maintaining direct communication, written and verbal, with clients as well as CXOs for the coverage universe.
