About Ayushi Poddar
As a young adult I have come to believe the extraordinary effect that Yoga can have on the life of an individual. I have been practicing Yoga dedicatedly for the last 5 years.I have also recently pursued a full time master\'s couse in yogic sciences.This has provided me with a synthesis of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Yoga.I have trained people of different age groups who have benefited from my one on one detailed Yoga sessions.I have also been the Yoga demonstrator on World Yoga Day for a group of more than hundred people.I actively take part in Yoga competitions to further improve my understanding on Yoga.
