As a BIM Manager & Designer at Tallstoreys collaborative, I develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices for both US and India-based projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. I also coordinate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to establish BIM objectives, workflows, and deliverables for each project. Additionally, I train and mentor team members in BIM tools, techniques, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. I have over 4 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, specializing in BIM and architectural design. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture from Institute of Design Education and Architectural Studies (IDEAS) and a National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification (NCARB). I am proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, BIM 360, and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. I have worked on various projects, such as shopping centers, entertainment centers, and hotels, creating and updating BIM models, conducting clash detection, producing design and construction documentation, and presenting and explaining BIM models and related information to clients and stakeholders. I am passionate about leveraging my BIM expertise to create innovative and functional designs, ensure successful project outcomes, and enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the built environment.
