I am a dedicated Company Secretary (CS) Professional aspirant currently pursuing the Professional Programme, with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Business Studies) from Lucknow University. I cleared both groups of the CS Executive Programme in a single attempt (June 2024), demonstrating academic excellence, discipline, and strong conceptual clarity. Continuing this momentum, I successfully cleared CS Professional Group I in December 2025, further strengthening my expertise in advanced corporate laws and governance.With 7 months of hands-on experience at MESCO STEEL Group, I have gained practical exposure to corporate compliance, statutory filings, regulatory frameworks, and documentation processes. This experience has equipped me with a strong foundation in Company Law, Securities & Capital Markets, and Corporate Governance, along with an understanding of real-time compliance challenges in the corporate environment.Beyond academics and compliance, I am passionate about writing, research, and thoughtful expression.
