Ayushi Gupta is a results-driven MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, with a strong foundation in CSR, marketing, and HR analytics. She brings a well-rounded skill set in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, developed through diverse internships and academic projects.At Grasim Industries (Aditya Birla Group), she spearheaded rural development initiatives, conducted baseline surveys across multiple villages, and led the planning of a solar energy project aimed at improving community sustainability.
