Hi, I’m Ayushi! I’m an HR & Talent Acquisition professional passionate about building strong teams and creating meaningful hiring experiences for both candidates & organizations.My journey in HR has given me hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, covering tech and non-tech roles, campus drives, bulk and walk-in hiring, interview coordination, onboarding, & HR operations. I enjoy working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective people strategies.Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to manage high-volume hiring requirements, coordinate multiple interview processes, and ensure smooth onboarding journeys all while maintaining a positive and transparent candidate experience.Whether it’s sourcing the right talent, coordinating interviews, or supporting hiring managers, I enjoy the challenge of aligning people, process, and performance. These experiences have strengthened my skills in communication, stakeholder management, multitasking, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.Outside of Work, I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast & fitness coach‍. Staying fit and preparing healthy meals is something I genuinely enjoy, & through this journey, I’ve worked hard to build both physical and mental strength.
