With a rich cross-cultural background shaped by studying and working in the Netherlands—and extensive client collaboration across Europe, the US, and APAC—I bring deep expertise in understanding user mental models and behavioral patterns across diverse domains. My strengths lie in research operations, executing rigorous mixed-method research, and translating complex insights into strategic decisions. I have successfully aligned multi-disciplinary stakeholders—including VPs, PMs, CSMs, Designers and Engineers—across geographies. At Whatfix, I have led high-impact research across C-suite, end-user, and buyer personas, directly influencing product innovation in the digital transformation space. As a result, I have helped shape data-driven product experiences that resonate across global markets.
