Creating 3D-rendered concepts with multiple variations to ensure an aesthetic yet functional outcome aligned with current trends and client preferences- Detailed 2D Production Drawings: Preparing comprehensive 2D drawings with precise measurements and specifications, including furniture layouts, ceiling designs, electrical plans, and custom furniture detailing for seamless execution- Material Curation & Market Exploration: Overseeing the selection of materials, including furniture finishes, fabrics, lighting, sanitary fixtures, and decorative elements, to ensure harmony with the overall design vision- Client Engagement & Consultation: Guiding clients through design proposals, budget considerations, and material choices, helping them make well-informed decisions that align with their aesthetic and functional needs- Factory Coordination & Vendor Management: Collaborating closely with factory teams to ensure accurate execution of custom furniture, resolving any design or production-related queries- On-Site Supervision & Troubleshooting: Conducting regular site visits to resolve on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to the approved designs and quality standards. Overseeing projects till the final handover, ensuring that every design detail is executed flawlessly with proper interpretation of drawings and specifications.
