Responsible for verifying the details of trade transactions, ensuring that the terms and conditions of the trade are accurately captured and confirmed with the relevant counterparties.· To capture trade details into the organization\'s systems accurately and promptly.· Trade queue monitoring and fixing the rejections for Equity, Fixed Income, Swap and Derivatives.· Client Onboarding, setting up client trading account and trade file profiles for Equity, Fixed Income and Swaps.· Manual Trade booking in the firm’s booking system on behalf of the client.· Advising Front Office Desk Assistant/Business Units on the kicked-out trades.· Setting up Standard Settlement Instructions (SSIs) to avoid trade mismatch or fails.· Liaising with Prematch Team for Trade Amendment requests and SSI Brochure from CP/Brokers.· Liaising with Risk and Compliance for storing the trades exposed to the potential risk.· Getting in Touch with Product Team for setting up of securities.· Trade Amendment Analysis and fixing the 4-character broker code mapping and other attributes of trades to achieve STP.· Sending Chasers to custodians/brokers on failed unsettled trades.· Performing Call Back Verification (CBV) to confirm client account details before wiring cash. · Reconcile trade data between internal systems, such as the front office trading system and the back-office settlement system, to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors. · Responsible for generating client risk report and providing valuable insights.
