About Ayush Sharma
I’m Ayush Sharma, a B.Tech student in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning at GL Bajaj Group of Institutions, India, with a strong interest in building practical AI systems and growing developer communities around emerging technologies.My curiosity about large-scale computing and intelligent systems was deeply inspired by the work of Jeff Dean. Learning how foundational infrastructure and AI research can power products used by millions motivated me to explore how advanced technologies can be translated into meaningful, real-world solutions.Beyond academics, I actively contribute to several developer ecosystems. I currently serve as HackerRank Campus Crew, GeeksforGeeks Campus Mantri, and a Google Cloud Arcade Facilitator, where I help students discover learning pathways, participate in technical challenges, and engage with cloud and AI technologies through hands-on exploration.I am also the Founder of Global Society of Founders (GSF), an initiative dedicated to connecting student builders, developers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The mission is to create a collaborative environment where individuals move beyond passive learning and focus on building, experimenting, and executing ideas together.Early in my university journey, I established a student community of over members, where we share opportunities, resources, hackathons, and discussions focused on AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.My technical interests currently center around Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered applications built using platforms such as Google Cloud Vertex AI. I am particularly interested in exploring how AI systems can be designed responsibly and deployed to solve real-world problems at scale.Ultimately, my goal is to bridge the gap between learning advanced technologies and applying them to build impactful solutions, while fostering communities that encourage curiosity, collaboration, and continuous innovation.
