I\'m an Associate Product Manager with over 2 years of experience in driving the development and execution of digital products. My journey in product management has given me the opportunity to lead projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet both business objectives and customer needs. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can bring together design, engineering, and strategy to create seamless user experiences. In my role, I’ve successfully led a team of 15+ members to deliver high-quality, scalable enterprise-level solutions. I take pride in having delivered two highly scalable digital products that not only met business and user needs but also featured capabilities on par with leading competitors. Through these initiatives, I was able to help grow daily active users (DAU) to over 2.5K, generating more than 1.8Cr per month in revenue for the business. In addition to my product management responsibilities, I’ve had the privilege of co-organizing hackCBS, India’s largest student-run hackathon. This experience sharpened my leadership skills as I managed operations, built partnerships, and led diverse teams to execute a large-scale event. I\'m passionate about problem-solving and love tackling challenges, whether in product development or during hackathons. I believe in continuous learning and actively seek to acquire new skills. I’ve pursued certifications in Agile Project Management, Python Data Analysis, and Blockchain Platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
