I am a counselling psychologist (integrative therapeutic approach) with experience in mental health support, psychotherapy, and psychological research. My work spans individual and school counselling, workshop facilitation, assessment, and statistical research in cognitive psychology. I am passionate about making mental health support accessible, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive.Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations—students, young adults, special-needs learners, and community groups—providing counselling, conducting assessments, and leading large-scale workshops on emotional regulation, mindfulness, and academic skills.In addition to clinical and counselling practice, I have strong expertise in psychological research and statistics.
