I am an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a strong academic background in leadership, education, and organizational management. I recently completed my Master’s in Leadership from Trinity Western University, Canada, and also hold a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts.My professional journey has taken me through diverse roles — from being a teacher and institute head in India to working as an administrative professional, sales professional, and taking on various other positions along the way. Each role has taught me invaluable lessons, shaping my perspective, strengthening my skills, and building the knowledge I continue to apply throughout my career.Through these experiences, I’ve developed a passion for empowering people, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. I am particularly inspired by the values of Servant Leadership, believing in leading with empathy, purpose, and a people-centered mindset.My key strengths include leadership, organizational management, communication, problem-solving, customer relationship building, and collaborative teamwork.
