About Ayush Sachdeva
Knowing how difficult it is to figure out what excites & captivates one with respect to their professional life, marketing has really ticked all those boxes for me. Currently working as an Assistant Brand Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited where I am responsible for end to end execution & co - management of actions for delivering consistent growth in home care category. Pursued MBA - Marketing and Sales from Amity Business School, Noida where I had witnessed myself grow into this person who is now more adept at problem solving, multitasking and leadership. Completed my summer internship with Ford Motors India in the field of marketing research and was awarded with a certificate of appreciation for my performance. Along with this, I was an active member of the Marketing Club having successfully managed and executed numerous inter and intra college events. Prior to my post graduation, have had multiple work stints firstly at Byjus - India\'s largest ed-tech startup and secondly at Elets Technomedia, a start up media company involved in large scale events and publications across India. My KRA\'s in both the stints largely comprised of developing new business in the existing as well as new markets, revenue generation and realizing the set company targets. A result oriented professional, skilled in business development, marketing strategy, customer relationship management and market research backed up with my strong academic and analytical credentials. Furthermore I have worked as a volunteer at Navjyoti India Foundation - NGO for the cause of women empowerment and also hold a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
