I am a Technical Program and AI Operations leader with 10 years of experience building and scaling large-scale AI and data programs across global technology and enterprise environments.Currently, I serve as a Senior Program Manager at Uber and an early core member of Uber AI Solutions, where I lead GenAI and LLM evaluation programs, human-in-the-loop data pipelines, and global AI data operations supporting frontier AI labs and enterprise technology companies. My work spans a $47M+ annual portfolio of AI data programs, covering areas such as RLHF, RAG evaluation, multimodal data annotation, model benchmarking, synthetic data generation, and large-scale dataset curation.Over the past few years, I have worked closely with AI research organizations, technology platforms, and enterprise customers to design and deliver scalable data programs that power machine learning systems. This includes building multilingual and multimodal data workflows across 100+ languages, architecting human-in-the-loop validation pipelines, developing AI data platforms and annotation tooling, and scaling global contributor marketplaces from early pilots to production-scale programs.Beyond program delivery, I partner with product, engineering, operations, and customer teams to translate complex ML requirements into scalable data infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and operational systems. I enjoy solving problems at the intersection of AI systems, platform development, and global operations.Prior to Uber, I led analytics transformation initiatives at EXL, delivering £28M+ business impact for enterprise clients through data-driven operational redesign. Earlier in my career, I worked on machine learning and analytics solutions across e-commerce, retail, and financial services.I hold an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a B.Tech from IIT Bombay.
