   CNN Robotics ApS

   Sep 2025 — Present · Pune, IN

   I am currently working as a Project Intern at CNN, where I am gaining hands-on experience in advanced industrial robotics and smart manufacturing systems aligned with Industry 5.0 concepts.I am working with various automation technologies including collaborative robots (Cobots), SPM machines, hard-stuffing machines, and other industrial equipment. I am also getting exposure to robots from leading manufacturers such as FANUC, Universal Robots, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, and other major automation brands used in real-time industrial environments.My primary responsibility involves integrating robotic systems with IoT-based smart factory solutions. I am working on PLC–cloud connectivity for live data transfer, monitoring, and visualization dashboards. I also implement industrial networking and sensor communication systems where multiple sensors exchange real-time production data for analysis and performance optimization.I am contributing to live industrial projects for major clients including Dinex and Krishna Maruti Limited, gaining real-world exposure to production automation, quality monitoring, and digital manufacturing practices.This ongoing internship is strengthening my practical skills in robot integration, Industry 5.0 applications, PLC programming, industrial networking, IoT integration, and data visualization, preparing me for modern digital manufacturing environments.
