Responsible for driving product discovery through homepage and personalizing top of the funnel experience for user cohorts such as regional language (non-english) users, low affluent users and new users- Plan the discovery of products and deals on the homepage- Work closely with various teams such as Product, Analytics, Category, Design and Operations to implement new initiatives on the homepage for these cohorts.Regional Languages Homepage- Increased Units Sold by 1.2 lakh per month and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) by 1.3 cr per month (A/B tested impact) by introducing merchandising widgets based on automated tags in regional languages.Personalised Homepage for Low Affluent Customers- Launched and scaled a price point pivoted homepage experience (sub Rs.300 products) for low affluent and hyper value seeking customers (22 million monthly active users), which grew monthly transacting customers by 45k and increased monthly units sold by 1 lakh (A/B tested impact).Gamification of New User Onboarding- Reduced percentage of new user bounce visits by 17 basis points (70k visits saved per month)(A/B tested impact) by showcasing categories that users chose as preferred during onboarding.
