Though this is my second job, I consider it my first in a meaningful sense—where my academic learning and practical work align to create real impact.Spending two years at #NIRD_Hyderabad, studying #NRLM,#SHGs, and #rural_livelihoods, shaped my understanding of community-driven development. My elective,#Designing_Livelihoods_Intervention, gave me the foundation to approach rural transformation strategically. Now, through #Odisha_livelihoods_mission, a flagship initiative under #Mission_Shakti, I have the opportunity to apply these learnings on the ground.This mission is more than just strengthening #Self_Help_Groups (#SHGs)—it’s about fostering #financial_inclusion,#sustainable_livelihoods, and #grassroots_entrepreneurship.
