Ensure Timely Pickup of the Market place Sellers & FC/SEED. Ensure Timely Connections of the Shipments Ensure timely Attempts of the Shipments Once Reached the Destination Responsible for the Timely delivery within the defined SLA/TAT For non-delivery issue - coordinate with customer/courier to reduce return percentage & arrange NDRcalling. Ensure NDR instruction to be followed by the 3PL Partners. Responsible for the special delivery projects (Same day/Next day delivery) Ensure all customer escalations are handled properly through Customer Services division To track and maintain a status report of all the shipments Manage Dispatch Data for Delivery/returns/lost cases & settle this with 3PL Company. Taking care of Returns & resolve related seller disputes Support recon team for reconciliation Identify & fixing the gaps for awesome customer experience as well as business growth Activities also involved co-ordination between customer, vendors and logistics department for settlingvarious issues relating to delayed delivery, short delivery, damaged/lost in transit and follow-up forreplacement/refund cases initiated by customer or forwarded by CRM team. Delivery TAT Adherence-Getting Shipments delivered within timeline (EDD) & ensuring customersatisfaction. Overall Closure of Shipments- track and trace all shipments till closure
