As a Founding Engineer at Bramha Media Group, I worked in an early-stage startup environment with a small team. During the initial development and testing phase, I helped build core backend services and took them through local testing and continuous-integration (CI) pipelines. Due to financial and resource constraints, deployment was intentionally limited to the CI/testing stage, and the project was paused before a full production rollout.I primarily worked with Java and Spring Boot to design and test REST APIs, integrated JavaMailSender for transactional email functionality, and collaborated on a lightweight React prototype to validate end-to-end flows. I also experimented with Docker and basic CI workflows to improve reproducibility and build automation.Under strict zero-cost constraints, I evaluated AI/no-code tools such as Lovable AI, and used free deployment platforms like Render (backend) and Netlify (frontend) to validate technical feasibility and ideas.Alongside development, I contributed to budget-aware tooling and infrastructure decisions, evaluating trade-offs between cost, scalability, and long-term maintenance. This experience strengthened my problem-solving mindset, clean-code practices, and system fundamentals in a resource-constrained startup setting.
