Draft, review and negotiate contractual documents including Master Service Agreements, Service Level Agreements, Amendments, Addendums, Local Country Agreements, Statement of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Change Orders tailored to Indian and cross border operations.
