   As the first member of E2M’s AI division, I took the initiative to build the entire automation and AI ecosystem from the ground up. Working closely with the COO, I led the research and evaluation of multiple workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier, before finalizing n8n as the core tool for our automation infrastructure.I was responsible for designing, developing, and deploying prompt-based AI workflows that streamlined lead generation, enrichment, and engagement processes for clients. These early proof-of-concept (POC) flows were later presented to clients and played a key role in acquiring our first 10 AI automation clients.As the division grew, I continued to refine and scale our automation architecture — integrating AI models (OpenAI, local LLMs), third-party APIs, and custom Python scripts to deliver tailored solutions. Today, our AI division serves 30+ clients across diverse industries, and I actively contribute to creating end-to-end automation strategies, prompt systems, and agentic workflows that improve efficiency and business outcomes.My work combines AI tool research, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to transform complex business challenges into seamless, scalable, and intelligent systems.
