My first work experience equipped me with construction and vendor management where my main focus was to collaborate with vendors and construction Project Managers to deliver the projects in a timely manner. • Analyzed and improved key KPIs like the on-time delivery rate from the vendor\'s side using Power BI and developed vendor\'s scorecards using SAP and analyzed historical demand. My next switch focuses on how I can improve my analytical skills by using supply chain data and analytical tools like SQL and Power BI. • My main projects focus on reducing stock-out risks of the inventory. • SKU segmentation based on ABC analysis and categorizing materials on inventory racks. • Issuing POs, RFQs, and optimizing materials planning using BOM in SAP ERP. • Collaborating with vendors and negotiating the MOQ costs, replenishment lead time, and analyzing service levels of vendor\'s KPIs improved my supply chain knowledge as well as my continuous improvement mindset in the supply chain industry. My next chapter is about pursuing a Master\'s in Supply Chain Management at the University of Texas, Dallas, and how I can improve supply chain visibility using analytics as well as my supply chain knowledge and experience.
