I am an Engineering Manager at Boston Consulting Group, focused on designing and leading large-scale endpoint and platform transformations across Windows and macOS environments.Since joining BCG in 2022, I’ve evolved from an individual contributor into a technical leader responsible for defining long-term rollout strategies, risk-proof migration approaches, and sustainable operating models for modern device management platforms.I independently designed the end-to-end Intune migration strategy—from architectural approach and risk assessment to governance, rollout sequencing, and adoption readiness. Beyond execution, I led enablement across engineering and packaging teams, helping transition ways of working from SCCM-centric delivery to cloud-native, policy-driven models.I’ve also been part of the core technical group driving endpoint modernization initiatives, contributing to next-generation deployment and automation frameworks. My focus has been on standardization, automation readiness, and long-term maintainability rather than short-term delivery.To support cross-platform strategy, I proactively upskilled in macOS and JAMF, ensuring teams could transition smoothly and operate confidently across both Windows and Mac ecosystems.I work closely with data and analytics teams to define deployment health, stability, and compliance metrics—translating platform behavior into actionable dashboards.
