Responsible for compiling data according to ISO 17025 for chemical department like IQC, ILC, PT & Training Preparation of SOPs and Method Validation Report of Pesticides residues in different food products. Handle team (30 members), supervise them and deliver work on time. Provide training to Govt. analyst on behalf of FSSAI Method validation and Method Development for 2-MCPD, 3-MCPD & GE in Oils and Fats by GC-MS/MS. Method validation and Method Development for ETO & ECH in Sesame Seeds by GC-MS/MS. Method validation for C3 & C4 Sugar in Honey by EA/LC-IRMS. Method validation and Method Development for Pesticides Residues, Antibiotic, Mycotoxins, Vitamins in various Food matrix according to EU Guideline. Provide training to new candidates and to supervise with their work.
