Ensure that manufacturing activities involved in the make, test, release of product are completed in accordance with the production schedule and resource is fully utilized- Liaise with other departments within the organization to ensure that the engineering, commissioning and qualification activities are executed on time, in full and supported as required- Pro-active in identifying and implementing improved ways of working/ improvements- Reporting and Resolution of any production issues- To use SAP and BMRAM for purchase of new equipment/ replacement of old items, raising of work requests, checking of manufacturing schedules and completion of Production SAP tasks.Actively manage the documentation to ensure SOP’s, MIR’s are current, reflective processes, operations and meet cGMP and EHS guidelines- Participate in process monitoring and data gathering in support of continuous facility and equipmentcompliance- Support the monitoring and maintenance of the facility and direct utilities to meet the required regulatory standards- To initiate, lead, participate in and deliver continuous Improvement activities- Strive to meet area objectives and targets- Promote and improve efficiency, effectiveness and robustness of the processes
