I am the Founder and CEO of OneWell Health Care, a rapidly growing, multi-state healthcare organization delivering Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Autism, and Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) across more than 12 U.S. states. Today, OneWell supports individuals with a workforce of employees, many of whom serve underserved, marginalized, and historically overlooked communities.My work is driven by a clear mission: to expand access to high-quality, person-centered care while building organizations that develop compassionate, accountable leaders. I believe sustainable healthcare transformation happens when technology, operational discipline, and human dignity work together.I began my career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, where I developed a strong foundation in enterprise systems, healthcare consulting, and operational strategy. Those experiences shaped how I scale healthcare organizations—balancing compliance, quality, workforce stability, and innovation in highly regulated environments.I later founded Pyramos Software, a healthcare technology company, and currently serve as President & CEO of PA Health Management (PAHM), one of the largest Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) case management organizations, coordinating care for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and underserved populations through data-driven models.I hold a Computer Science degree from Penn State University, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and advanced executive leadership training from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.Beyond growth, I am deeply committed to developing mission-aligned leaders at every level—from frontline caregivers to executive teams—so our organizations consistently deliver care with dignity, integrity, and measurable impact.(Proud Philadelphia Eagles fan.)
