Pay.UK runs the UK’s retail payments operations, which includes the Bacs Payment System, the Faster Payment System and the Image Clearing System. It also delivers a variety of services relating to payments, such as the Current Account Switch Service, Confirmation of Payee, and Request to Pay. I lead or support the formation of policy house views, advise colleagues across the business up to and including the Board on these issues, and manage the relationship with the PSR (one of Pay.UK\'s primary regulators, alongside the Bank of England). My portfolio currently includes- PSR Regulatory Strategy - Pay.UK\'s fraud programme (including Enhanced Fraud Data, Confirmation of Payee, APP Reimbursement)- JROC (future of Open Banking)- Account-to-Account Retail Transactions
