Evaluating FTA Title VI civil rights compliance and conducting a Fare Adjustment Equity Analysis examining the impacts of the DC Circulator\'s recent fare increase on low-income and minority populations. Conducting an analysis of project priorities, equity implications of a BTA cost-benefit model, and designing charts and graphics for a policy option in a study of cordon pricing in Washington, DC with Nelson/Nygaard. Conducted a Performance Evaluation of the Zoo Express pilot bus service analyzing traffic camera time lapse videos, manual and automatic passenger counts, AVL data, intercept surveys and employee surveys for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT). Developing equitable mobility strategies and graphics for the Detroit metropolitan area with AECOM for a regional Mobility Oriented Development (MOD) Study and the Rapid: Silver Line Transit Enhancement Strategy.
