As Associate Director of Enterprise Development, Leadership Development, and the FINRA Coaching Academy, I focus on advancing FINRA’s mission and values through strategic leadership and enterprise learning. I partner with senior leaders to align development programs with business goals and prepare managers to lead effectively through change.In addition to building leadership capability, I oversee enterprise learning initiatives that drive continuous growth across FINRA—including performance management, career development, open enrollment learning, and the onboarding of a new learning management system (LMS). I also design and enhance mentoring programs and lead initiatives that support new leader transitions to set them up for long-term success.I collaborate across functions to identify and vet learning vendors, ensuring employees have access to high-quality, relevant, and scalable learning and coaching solutions. I work to equip leaders to empower their teams, prioritize resources, and deliver results in complex environments. I lead cross-unit collaboration to scale leadership impact, share effective practices, and strengthen coaching capabilities across the organization.Through the FINRA Coaching Academy, I champion a culture of continuous learning and help leaders navigate uncertainty with confidence and clarity—all to develop talent that drives meaningful business outcomes.
