AUDIT DIRECTOR • Responsible for managing large scale audit engagements • Reporting to Audit Partner In Charge • Lead a team of from 2 to 8 professionals (changing teams for every audit project) • Involve in multi-task assignments; taken responsibility of several teams and fields at the same time; lead field manager; handled complex situations • Develop, plan, coordinate and implement of a new reporting framework Bobi FRS (published by Kamu Gözetim Kurulu (“KGK”) in 2017) through the firm and develop Bobi FRS model financial statements and report (as a member of audit technical office-%50 of director budget for the year 2019) and giving consultations to audit department as Bobi FRS Specialist • Perform training slides and facilitate Bobi FRS trainings at Bağımsız Denetim Derneği • Co-organize Deloitte staff trainings and also client trainings • Identify strategic business risks, significant classes of transaction risks of the company and the risks related to the market and the competitors, • Provide professional communication and interaction with the team & the client; planned day to day activities of each member during the engagements • Review audit and accounting documents and procedures; analyse reports on companies’ financial statements and the cash flow analysis • Prepare proposals to potential clients, perform presentations to board members and won several accounts successfully • Work with strict and tight deadlines • Provide assistance to audit technical office on quality reviews of audit engagements, including providing assistance to global review team on review of system of quality controls of audit department AUDIT MANAGER •Managing the audits for the biggest revenue generating clients of Deloitte Istanbul. Managing the engagements from the planning to the issuance of IFRS and Capital Market Board (CMB) reports. • Conducting high level review of financial statements of various national and multinational companies. • Contributing to the clients with the thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Turkish GAAP and consolidation. • Contributing to the clients with the thorough experience in manufacturing and consumer business sector. • Assisting the clients with thorough experience in design and implementation of control processes. • Coaching the team members and contributing to their learning process. Facilitating at the annual trainings of Deloitte Istanbul Office.
