Job Responsibilities• Deliver expert recruitment services to diverse clients, successfully acquiring top talent for both permanent and temporary positions across various industries.• Recruit for a wide range of roles, both technical and non-technical, including Accounting, Administrative, Customer Service, Data, Finance, Healthcare, IT, Legal, Marketing, Retail, Sales, and more.• Lead a full-cycle recruitment process: from creating job descriptions and posting ads, to sourcing candidates via job boards, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, conducting background checks, and assisting with onboarding.• Utilize and enhance talent sourcing strategies, identifying gaps in the interview process to significantly improve the hiring of qualified candidates.• Utilize AI tools for candidate sourcing, streamlining recruitment processes, and enhancing candidate matching through data-driven insights.• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates across multiple sectors.• Manage key accounts daily, collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, set expectations, negotiate contracts, and provide market insights and analytics.• Liaise between candidates and external client teams to ensure smooth onboarding, including conducting pre-employment checks, verifying candidate information, and facilitating paperwork and the setup of systems and tools required for the new role.• Manage the full onboarding process for internal candidates, including profile setup, completion of required paperwork, payroll facilitation, background checks, and ensuring timely access to tools and resources for a smooth transition into their new roles.• Maintain ongoing communication with business leaders, delivering targeted services and integrating feedback to enhance future recruitment strategies.
