About Ayodele Harrison
Ayodele helps Black Male Educators (BMEs) scale their leadership skills through training and coaching. He recently launch a 10-month leadership development program for BMEs entitled the BMEsTalk Incubator. The Incubator exclusively focuses on equipping BMEs with the tools, knowledge and support community to overcome the challenges they face in the workplace (see below), so that they can more effective drive positive change in the lives of the students and communities they serve.
