As Senior Technology Officer for the Business Banking Express application, my role includes providing leadership for multiple teams of over 50 associates with responsibility for over $7 million dollars in annual delivery spend. The BBX application is a North-South (US/Canada) multi-lingual omni-channel application that has digitized both the assisted and self-serve business banking lending and deposit account origination platform, reducing the time for lending origination from over 30 days to 1-3 days. It has been transformative to the business, and it has been my joy to see this through from a concept on a piece of paper to reality delivering business value. A combination of transferrable skills covering application development, solution architecture, data design and agile team leadership including offshore and onshore teams, has been instrumental to this effort.
