About Aymen T.
I am an experienced management and technical professional with over 15 years of experience in program design and management, Early Childhood Development (ECD) and protection, youth development, livelihoods programming, contracting, procurement, compliance, field operations, and managing donor relations with a geographic focus in implementing projects in Iraq and the Middle East. Underpinning my programming experience is my thorough knowledge of program operations, particularly in the areas of logistics, contracting, and procurement with a specific focus on US government-funded contracts and grants. I have implemented a variety of projects as a Contracting Manager, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager with a range of US government entities such as the DOD, DOS, and USAID, which has afforded me extensive capabilities in project design, budget development and oversight, performance monitoring and evaluation, strategic planning, effective negotiations, client/donor relations, and team management. I believe my combination of skills and experience with both programming and operations gives me a unique ability to work with a diverse array of people and to understand different needs and requirements to drive programming forward.
