I’ve led cross-functional builds, coordinated with contract manufacturers, and driven technical issue resolution during product ramp-up and production transfers.I’m Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and have led projects that improved ECO cycle time, increased throughput, and generated significant cost savings. I’ve worked across biotech, medical device, and consumer product industries and thrive at the intersection of engineering, operations, and quality.While I’m not a certified project manager, I’ve managed project deliverables, timelines, and risks, and I’m currently pursuing formal certification to further my growth in this area.    Led NPI and manufacturing development for a complex biotech instrument integrating fluidics, pneumatics, electrical components, and optics. Managed prototype builds at the client site, developed robust and scalable manufacturing processes, and ensured a smooth transfer to a contract manufacturer. Created comprehensive documentation packages, including SolidWorks models, BOMs, assembly instructions, and procedures. Trained contract manufacturing teams, optimized assembly and test methods, and implemented process improvements that enhanced efficiency and repeatability.Facilitated daily cross-functional build meetings to prioritize issues, delegate tasks, and maintain schedule alignment. Conducted Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) to validate that system-level requirements were met. Built Smartsheet dashboards to improve visibility into project schedules and resource planning. Supported Smartsheet BOM template updates and contributed to refining internal NPI processes to enhance cross-functional coordination.
