Senior Systems Engineer and technical expert in distributed acoustic sensing (DAS) systems to detect intrusion, leak, road and rail usage, and other novel applications. In charge of system builds to FAT (factory acceptance test), installations to SAT (site acceptance test), tuning visits and technical support for customers- Installed and configured hardware and software for infrastructure monitoring, pipeline leak detection, perimeter security, and smart city research projects- Setup, calibrated and operated DAS/DTS recording equipment- Acquired Vertical Seismic Profiling (VSP) surveys in various onshore regions- Performed infield QC and data processing of borehole seismic data acquired during VSP surveys- Maintained professional communications with clients and team members- Planned and organized logistics, systems, equipment and personnel for system installations and testing as designated by the Operations Director, Operations Manager or Project Manager- Produced high quality reports (video / media rich documentation / presentations) of field trials / system installations- Liaised with the product development teams in order to provide customer and operational feedback on software features, functionality and suggested product/system improvements- Developed and upkeeped of system documentation such as installation manuals, system test procedures, operating guidelines, system specifications etc.
