I specialise in harnessing strong interpersonal skills, facilitation expertise, and a coaching mindset to support entrepreneurs in building purpose-driven organisations.In my role, I serve as a bridge between The SSE and the entrepreneurs we support—meeting them where they are and guiding them through a journey of self-discovery, growth, and skills development.Working in close collaboration with the wider programme and delivery team, I contribute to the design, planning, and recruitment of social business leaders into impactful learning experiences. My focus is on equipping these individuals to launch, grow, and scale ventures that drive social change, while also nurturing their personal development as leaders. With strong communication skills, I’m able to build meaningful connections, offering one-to-one coaching, developmental support, and leadership development.
