About Ayleah Johnson

Early talent program leader experienced in designing and leading scalable early-career programs, with a background in top-tier management consulting. I lead strategic efforts to expand access to high quality talent development for first-generation students and professionals. As a first-generation college graduate, I bring both lived experience and strategic thinking to build real career capital for individuals and close talent gaps for employers.I began my career at the Boston Consulting Group, where I developed a strong foundation in talent strategy, strategic problem-solving, and executive communication across healthcare and public sector practice areas. From there, I strengthened my understanding of pay equity as an executive compensation analyst.Currently, I lead early talent development programs for a STEM-based student population at City Colleges of Chicago where I- Design and deliver scalable learning and development programming- Coach and support a caseload of 400+ students across career milestones- Build employer partnerships and university pathways- Develop data informed, equity-centered programming to support persistence into four-year degreesLong-term, I’m interested in strategic talent development, L&D, talent acquisition, workforce development, and early-career program leadership.
