ABOUT AYISHA FABRI

I am a creative and conscientious individual with a passion to serve others. I view my purpose in life to help create a world that screams in technicolor, celebrates individuality and accepts everyone\'s unique nature and personal journey. I founded the Ingram Micro UK Diversity, Equity and Inclusion board in 2020 to bring my approach to the corporate world. I am a MindGym qualified coach and I have delivered training programmes to large global audiences on the science and psychology of inclusion and how we can cultivate this culture within the workplace and our daily lives. I have proven success working with charities to raise both money and awareness for various campaigns, including organizing and hosting large events. Giving back to community is hugely important to me, I have been offering my services to local and National charities for over fifteen years now. I am a published writer and have written multiple pieces for companies focusing on Women’s growth, health and career development. I’m also an amateur spoken word poet, I have performed my work to audiences of over three hundred people. I have an extensive background working within IT Distribution, developing relationships and managing the accounts of corporate companies from global organizations to small medium local businesses. I am people driven and process literate, and my skills in these areas have enabled me to have a very successful career within the IT industry for the last decade. I am very proudly a director of a promising young wellness company, The Human Programme, which for the last three years, has aimed to make health and wellness best practices accessible to individuals who are looking to better their lives through daily routines and community based activities such as breathwork, movement practices and ice baths. The Human Programme network is incredibly strong, supporting thousands of people through their individual journeys. On a personal level, I am a positive, strong and happy person. After facing some severe health challenges in my early twenties, I trained as holistic health coach, meditation teacher and a Reiki level 2 practitioner. I now live a very healthy life, and continue to be a student of naturopathic nutrition and a keen Pilates enthusiast. I am currently writing my first book, exploring the lessons I have been so privileged to learn at an early age. My philosophy on life is simple, the wound is often not your fault, but if you wish to live a good life, then healing it is your responsibility.
