As an Innovator in Residence at The Hatchery, Emory University’s Incubator program, I’ve joined a talented team of program staff, instructors and advisors to help foster student success by connecting the classroom to real world dynamics. It is deeply rewarding to provide hands-on coaching to help bridge the gap from ideas to execution, and support student founders as they grow as entrepreneurs and leaders equipped to address society’s most pressing challenges, from women’s health and gender-based violence, to digital inclusion and harnessing AI to advance learning. The Hatchery’s mission is to empower students to be purpose-driven and effective innovators and entrepreneurs and it is inspiring to play a small role in their journeys.
